Shipping policy

All prints are delivered rolled in a hard tube. Etchings are delivered in a hard box. Framing services are available for original artworks and commissioned pieces, for orders within Pakistan only.

Local Orders:
Most local orders are shipped free of charge. You can expect delivery within 10 to 12 working days, though we often dispatch sooner.

International Orders:
Delivery charges typically range between Rs. 3,500 and Rs. 10,000, depending on your country. Shipping is calculated at checkout. International deliveries can take 10 to 20 working days to arrive.
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.
Our international delivery partner is United Parcel Service (UPS).

📌📦 Important Note for International Orders:

Prints are delivered rolled in a hard tube, while etchings are delivered flat in a hard box, as the thicker paper cannot be rolled without risk of damage.

If your order includes both a print and an etching, we will need to ship them as two separate parcels. As a result, although you may see only one shipping charge at checkout, the actual shipping cost will be double. We will contact you after your order is placed to confirm and collect the remaining shipping amount. Your order will only be processed once full delivery charges are received.

Additionally, one tube can hold up to 4 prints. If you order more than 4 prints, they will be packaged in multiple tubes and treated as separate shipments.
For example:
Up to 4 prints = 1x shipping cost
5–8 prints = 2x shipping cost
9–12 prints = 3x shipping cost
We will contact you with the updated shipping cost based on your total quantity.

However, a hard box can safely hold multiple etchings, so the number of etchings you order does not affect the shipping cost.

We understand these limitations may be inconvenient, but they ensure your artwork reaches you safely and in perfect condition.
