Refund policy
Each piece in the Ozair B. Mansoor studio is handled with care. However, if something goes wrong we’re here to help, within reasonable boundaries.
Due to the nature of our limited editions and handcrafted processes, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there has been a fulfillment error on our part.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please DM us on our Instagram (@shop.obm) or send us a WhatsApp message on +92 321 2007484 within 2 days of delivery with:
- The name under which you placed your order
- Date of order
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will offer a replacement or return and refund based on the situation and product availability. Requests made after 2 days of delivery may not be accommodated. Please note only items in their original condition and packaging will be accepted for replacement or return.
After you get in touch with us, we will let you know the address on which you will send your order for replacement or return. Once we receive the return shipment and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, either your refund will be processed to the bank account you provide, within 5–10 business days, or you will be sent a replacement.
Please note, we do not accept replacement or return and refund requests in the following cases:
- You reach out to us more than 2 days after receiving your order
- Your order was damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging
- You change your mind after receiving a correctly delivered item
